Service is trying to get better but new management brings higher prices and smaller portions. Instead of trying to make more... profit I think management should focus on paying employees a wage that makes them happy to be there as well as treated better bymanagement as far as staffing. Read more

I was in the rainbow city location orderd 2 ,3 piece tenders with fries. 3 other customers were in there complaining about... orders being wrong so i counted the boxes and bags thought it was right drove home and 1 box was fries and 1 box was 3 tindersthey wont answer the phone and i cant get the general managers info now i ha e to kids mad as hell cause they have to split 1meal nit happy customers Read more
Poor overall experience. placed online order. Waited while people came in store after me , ordered and got served. Gentleman was... unprofessional and rude. But I finally got my food. I asked for bbq sauce and he blurted out" we don't have any!". Read more
¹/?lb of shrimp was only about 5-8 itty-bitty lil hard fried shrimp.. The coleslaw & mac & cheese was good, chicken nuggets... were also fried so hard my child wouldn't eat them.. This has happened a few times at this location (Rainbow City/Rainbow drive)I won't go back.! Read more

Very clean inside. Friendly staff. We went specifically for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was the best chicken sandwich I have... ever had. It is a generous piece of juicy (real, not processed) chicken breast with a light crispy crust, not hard like theirfried chicken. The spicy is just right, you can feel/taste the heat but not too much. Love the bun and the mayo. Just a simplesandwich. The fries were good, fresh not greasy. Read more
We love the employees and the food, just not the prices. We were going every Saturday and some other days as well. My wife and I... get breakfast and usually cost around $12.00. Last week, same food cost $27.00. New owners. The owners must not have anybusiness since. A small increase is okay but over 100% is unacceptable. We will miss the food and the people. Read more
