I keep trying to give this place a second chance....ONE TOO MANY...this establishment has really ruined my love for KFC...matter... of fact, it makes me wanna throw up everytime I think about it. Customer service totally sucks, my order is always wrong, andIm not even going to get into details on the quality of the food they serve...today will be the very last time I spend my hardearned money at this business location...I mean if the food was right, I'd put up with the less-than-desired attitude from thestaff but everything is bad about this KFC restaurant. wish could give it negative stars. They forgot 2 items and had to drive back to get them, while they still did not apologize or... even compensated for the mistake they made. fries were soggy and cold, the famous bowl barely had chicken popcorn in it (therewere literally about 5 pieces drizzled on top). I just moved to avenel this month and I love kfc so I had to give this one a try. I wanted a chicken sandwich and Brejon made my... sandwich so fresh and it tasted so good never had such service. This is the worst KFC or fast food establishment I have ever been to. Came here 4 times I. The past 2 months. First time came on... a weekday at 1pm and got an auto answer saying come back during business hours. 2nd time was told they were out of chicken(what?!). The past 2 times they can't make sandwiches.
