I ordered a burrito off the menu that read the price as being $13.50. When I got my bill it was $15.00. I asked nicely for the... price to be corrected. They told me their prices had gone up. I told them I should pay the price that I saw on the menu. Themanager lady came up and told me they had a sign up and posted on their website that their prices had gone up. That they didn?thave time to change each of their menus. I told her I should pay the price that was listed when I ordered. The manager thenbegan to raise her voice and told me that ?everyone in town knows that our prices have changed ? and ?I?ve seen you in here manytimes before?. I said, yes you have seen me in here many times. She said that if I couldn?t afford $1.50 that I shouldn?t comeback and that I was being rude. She said she couldn?t change the price, and I said yes you actually can. She said ?I won?t!? Andstormed off. Business are responsible for the prices they post and not taking care of a regular customer is really badbusiness. I won?t be back. The server was good and the food is okay, but I will never go back. the best mexican restaurant in radford, amazing food, and for a good price too! the servers are great and the restaurant itself... is really cozy too. we got the quesadilla asada, shrimp tacos, and burritos and everything was great. i also love their salsabar! margarita was perfect as well! If your in the Radford area and looking for a good Mexican Restaurant, El Charro is the place to go! I was in the area and... stopped in for lunch. Their menu choices was plentiful and the prices were very reasonable. I was very pleased to find that theyhad items on their lunch menu for $4.99. That also included a salsa bar where you had your choices of different sauces to trywith your food and your chips. My waiter Emmanuel did a awesome job making sure I had everything I needed to make sure I had agreat experience. I would definitely check them out again next time I'm in the Radford area. Read more
This is a good hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant here in Radford. They have good lunch specials daily, as well as nightly... specials during the week like free cheese dip on Mondays, $4 nachos on Thursday, and so on. The fresh salsa bar is pretty goodtoo. My favorite is the Habanero Salsa Fresco. Good little Mexican dive for a bite! Read more
