Worst experience with a Dominoes in a while. I ordered a medium pizza with spinach, chicken, and half buffalo sauce, and this is... what I received. Delivery took 45 minutes to get to me, and asked me to meet him in a random parking lot. I paid for delivery soit should be brought to my door. Period. Also, I paid for garlic sauce and the delivery driver was unbothered and offered to?just tell another driver to bring it, ? after I noticed there was no sauce. I called back and told them my pizza wasunappetizing and sloppy, they offered a remake that also wasn?t appetizing when it arrived. All they offered was a 2- litersoda?? Absolutely ridiculous. I really wish I could give zero stars. We ordered tonight and we got a notification that it was delivered so we check and there... was nothing so my husband calls the store and was asking what was going on and he got hung up on by the manger on duty. So Icalled and this manger stated they delivered twice (not even a 10 min timeframe) and would not be delivering again or giving usa refund and then hung up on me as well. I have never had issues here before and have always loved there service but aftertonight I can?t say I will be returning. Read more
It's been a few weeks, but the fact I'm still angry confirms I need to share my experience. my wife went in to get our pizza and... she was ignored, finally after a couple minutes of the employees chit chatting with their friend that was in there, they askedher for her name. They said it wasn't ready so she came back out to the car, she waited about 5-10 minutes and went back in,they completely ignored her again. I decided I would go in and keep her company. While I was in there, the guy in the backdropped something that looked like bread sticks on the ground. The friend that was watching him, said to him, don't worry, Iwon't tell if you don't. He then put it back and continued making it. I couldn't believe it. I also couldn't believe how muchtime I had been ignored considering only being standing beside my wife and talking to her, I didn't make it obvious we had thesame order. Finally, the better dressed guy walked over and asked for my name. He then walked over and GRABBED MY ORDER that hadbeen sitting there!!! I couldn't believe it. I'll NEVER go to this location EVER again. The fact that they have a sign that says"better than papa johns" is laughable! I understand they're college kids, but I would imagine by the age of 14, you'd havebetter customer service and people skills than these guys. God help their future employers in whatever field they're going into. Read more
Joshua was our driver and he was the BEST. Give that man a raise! He delivered our pizza around 12:20am, to a college campus,... within a reasonable time and had a great attitude. If you ever get Joshua, tip that man more he deserves it and if you read thisJoshua thank you for delivering us pizza for our midnight snack you were great. Read more
Normally I hate to saying anything negative and I am always trying to look at the positive. Today I saw Half eaten wings in the... entire container. I may contact a lawyer about this. I ate the one that was covering the rest without knowing.. Disgusting!!! Icould get Sick and you would think the front counter would have inspected the food before handing it out. Normally i have a very good experience with this dominos, but i hardly ever order through delivery. This time i did because i?m... sick with the flu, my order was over 10 minutes late so i called the store to see where it was. They put Ivan on the phone andhe told me he delivered it to my address. I said i had not received it and i went outside to check and it was not on any of myneighbors doorsteps. I was also checking outside to see if a delivery car pulled up and i never saw one. In my deliveryinstructions I had to ring the doorbell and my doorbell never rang. I explained this to him and he insisted on arguing with meand basically accused me of lying to get more food. The manager was also concerned about my food getting to the right place whenI spoke with him. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth that led me to requesting a remake and refund. Then he hung upon me and he had an attitude the whole time. I understand that there are people out there who pull scams to get free food, butthat?s not an excuse to treat other customers poorly. I was being polite and just wanted my food that I have been now waiting onfor an hour, and it was clearly the delivery driver?s mistake.
