First time here, not a fan. The server was good, Stephanie, she kept the sweet tea coming and was very friendly. I had no... complaints until the food came out. I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye, Steak Fries, Okra. As you can see I tried a few bites ofeach, I'm not a fan of the Hawaiian flavor. I'll take the hit on that, I love pineapple but this was not good. So I shifted tothe Okra, it was under cooked and had a raw taste despite being fried. I tried approximately 5 to be sure I didn't just pick upan oddball bite. Fries were ok I guess, but my appetite was gone by this point. I can honestly say that this is the first timeI've not finished a plate and also refused a to-go box. Over $40 with tip and I ate maybe 10 bites total, I have no desire totry again later... probably grab a fast food burger on the way home. One big thing that stood out is that no one even botheredto ask why I sent my entire meal back. No one asked how the food was. No manager came by to see if there was an issue when Ididn?t eat. This is my favorite place to eat after work! The cocktails are refreshing and yummy! in town on business and gave this place a try it's close to our hotel. overall it was good experience. getting seated took... quite some time despite LOTS of tables. not sure if they were short staffed. maybe. after getting seated our drink orders andappetizer orders were taken pretty quick. our food took what seemed to be forever to come out. my food was excellent. orderedthe queso and chips appetizer. a good sized sharable snack. the Montana burger was huge, and cooked perfectly. I wasn't ableto finish everything. everyone in our group was pleased with their food. so aside from slow service, it was good. We eat here a lot, it's close to our house and we usually always have a good experience. The wait staff is so friendly, helpful... and genuine. My favorite entree on the menu is the Hawaiian Rib Eye. The warm yeast rolls are heavenly and taste like mygrandmother?s. My salad had a good variety of lettuce and vegetables with chunky blue cheese dressing. My husband?s ribeye steakwas a disappointment, unfortunately as it had huge chunks of fat. My 6 ounce sirloin was flavorful and cooked to a perfect warmpink center. Our server was very scattered and perhaps had too many tables? She seemed very harried. If you are staying at theHampton Inn, you will get a 10% discount when showing your room key.
