Went to the inside drive thru lane. Guy asked if could I wait a minute. I said no problem. After a few minutes car's started... going through the outside lane one right after another. I waited a little longer and after I seen 2 vehicles order, pull up tothe window and get their food and drive off. I drove off and went to other burger King in Radcliff service was great at thatone! Today customer service was terrible. Young man working had a terrible attitude problem. Told me to hang on at Drive thru waited... for ever. Never took my order. Two cars went thru Drive thru # 2 still didnt take order. Pulled behind both cars. Told him I waswaiting for him to take my order and got smart ask me what yo want. Told him. Be awhile before we go back there. He was a youngred head with freckles. Very rude. Has no customer service experience at all. No business working there. Manager needs to getinvolved quickly.
