The drive thru clerk didn't confirm my order, I ended up paying for someone else's order, and the clerk bent my debit card and... cracked it at the chip, almost as if he was trying to remove the chip right in front of me. Totally bummed me, to top it offthe food didn't taste fresh. Read more

Overcharged, never asked for a large portion but was charged for it. They said the soda machine was broke. I asked about a... substitute. They gave me a substitute, then charged me extra for it. I brought it to the attention of the manager. Went because they said they were 24 hours, but they were indeed not. Very disappointing. McDonald?s used to always be 24 hours.... Why are they not anymore? Also they could at least update their hours on google. Was very hungry after a late bar night. Read more

15 minutes stuck in the drive thru with no cars moving. I thought maybe there was only one person working for it to be going... that slow. But after watching the 2 cars in front of me both be handed the wrong food and drinks I finally make it to the windowto see total chaos going on inside. I was handed the wrong order as well. Samantha, the employee at the window was great,pleasant, but clearly frustrated with being handed the wrong orders herself by one of the many coworkers. She finally walkedaway to round up my order herself. Clearly no one was in charge and no one knew their job. Thankfully I won't be back. Read more

I placed an order via the McDonald's mobile app for curbside pick-up. I parked in spot "5", and entered that into the app at... 11:28 am. At 11:49 am, twenty-one (21) minutes later I drove to the drive-thru to inform them that my food was neverdelivered. I was told I had to come into the store as they can't give out curbside orders in the drive-thru, I informed them Iwas with my young son who has cerebral palsy which is why I couldn't come in. They again informed me that the only option I hadwas to come into the store. As there were no plans to get out of the car I did not bring my son's wheelchair I was forced tocarry him as I went inside. When I did they stated they had the food at the drive-thru for me, after coldly telling me earlierthat I cannot pick up curbside food via the drive-thru and had to come in. Which they told me multiple times. Throughout this, Inever even received a simple, "sorry" or anything. I left, went home, and sure enough, I'm missing food. At this point it'staken a solid twenty-five (25) minutes to get me food, having to carry my disabled son to get it, have missing items, and betreated coldly over the entire ordeal. Read more

the lady just pushed my food at me and said not one word and turned around and walked off. I felt disrespected and my party did... too. Nobody had a smile or even looked like they wanted to be there. I asked for honey mustard ans I got honey.. I didn't evenfeel comfortable telling her it wasn't honey it was honey mustard.. I don't recommend this location for anyone but I guess ifyou have to, they need new staff. McDonald's is not how it used to be. It's already bad enough it's long line waits now butthis... no thank you, have a nice day.. nothing. Read more

We placed an order via the app. Once we got to the store we waited an additional 25-30 minutes for our order only to discover... half of it was missing ( a quarter pounder and a 6 piece happy meal). I went in to see about getting the rest of my order. Itold the manager it was asinine to not only wait almost half an hour but to also be missing half our order with the other halfice cold like it had been sitting. The male manager then came around the corner and threaten to ?beat my ass? for swearing andthat he only had 1 week left and he didn?t care anymore. All I wanted was the food I paid for. I asked for the missing itemsto be made as ordered since I was paying an additional $2 for toppings. That was also made incorrectly. While they were makingmy burger another patron entered the store with a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal he had taken home only to find it was wrong. So the manager gave him the correct order and then tried handing me the RETURNED food. That had already been at someone else?shouse. Seriously?!?! I pushed it away and asked for a fresh happy meal or a refund. They tried handing it to me again whichobviously I declined before agreeing to a refund.
