Got 12 piece of Hot Wings. So small and so high priced! Large fry box was only half full. Service on Douglas is terrible.
They told me not to ask questions about the menu and then literally threw my food in the bag.
Well we wanted to give them another try after a year... placed an order online... picked it up, got home and it was wrong!!!... Unbelievable!!! Again, STAY AWAY! CANT EVEN GET AN ORDER RIGHT!!! This place is ridiculous!!! Was in line at 7:45 tonight. Getup to the speaker at 7:55 and they said we are closed. But online and on their door it says they are open till 9!! This is the2nd time this has happened only the 1st time it was 8:45 and they said they were closed because they closed at 9. STAY AWAY ASYOU WONT GET SERVED!!! Read more
Drive thru staff was fast kind funny and efficient. Had a large order and they had me on my way in no time. And so I have to... rate the quality?? It's KFC yo. Finger licking lol Read more
We used the KFC app to order dinner. I followed the instructions on the app. Went to KFC, tried to go inside, doors looked. Went... thru drive thru, explained here for pick up order. Got home they had forgotten one of my meals. Tried to call, no one answered.So I had to go back thru the drive thru. There was now a line of 5 cars!! Got food finally. It was good. Read more
I will never go to this location again. 3 strikes you are out. We ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken - the chicken was... dried out like it was under the heat lamp way too long. The buns on the chicken littles were hard. I ordered the spicy chickensandwich without pickles - I could taste pickles on the sandwich so you know the sandwich was already made and they just pickedthe pickles off. Too many incompetent and selfish employees at this location. Sat in the drive through, at 8:10 PM, for 20 minutes while calling... into the speaker before an employee even recognized someone was there. The employee then proceeded to say " please hold on." Iam the only person in the lot. If the owner sees this please try and find some good help. Read more
The worst manager ever works here...they screwed up my order threw their mistakes in the bag and threw it out the window towards... me...they gave me such an attitude because they messed up my order...3 times 3 times it took them to get it right..only for theside to be half scoops of Mac n cheese and half order of fries tossed in a bag!!! The manager is the one that did all this..theworker at the window was nice but I could hear the manager in the background. Not my first really bad experience here recentlybut definitely my last..I will never go back to this KFC!!
