Called in an order for two chicken dinners at 4:50 was told 25 minutes which is perfect because that?s approximately the same... amount of time it takes me to drive there from the north side. I was glad to see that they had reopened recently. Got therechecked in and paid for my order I was told it would be a few minutes. 5 10 15 minutes past so I had to go ask again about myorder,after waiting for the young lady to reappear from behind the big curtain, (What?s with the curtain) she mumbled somethingabout how the kitchen never put my order down and she was very sorry, yea me too. Took my $20.00 back and left I guess I?ll justdrive 20 minutes to Oak Creek and spend my money at that Golden Chicken next time. Read more
I will never visit this place again after my experience. After I ordered 2 catfish dinners the young lady at the counter "forgot... " to highlight the order which you are suppose to do if there's more than 1 order. It ended up taking more than 10 minutes forthe 2nd order to be completed. After going to get my order I was then told by a man behind the counter that I would be chargedEXTRA for hot sauce and tarter sauce after my order was messed up. To even charge your customers after they spent money in yourestablishment is very tacky. This was a very poor first impression of this company and I'll never go back. Good food and friendly service! I was a bit surprised when my barbecued chicken was actually fried and coated chicken with... barbecue sauce on top of it. It was good just different than I expected. Read more

The pizza had WAY too much pizza sauce I had to sqeeze the sauce out of my pieces of pizza but cheese and sausage toppings were... generous. Chicken was the same as prior establishment fresh and hot. I did like the mini tacos but prices went up and amountin order went down. Therefore only 4 stars were given. Read more
I was a big fan of the old golden chicken. I even knew the family and it broke my heart that it closed. When i heard it was... reopening i got excited but then concern because this new one may not be as good as the old one. Well, we are happy to announcethat golden chicken is not totally like the old one. The chicken is great! The guys loved the pizza. My only issue is the hotwings need to be hotter. Lol. You guys are doing a great job and i am happy that i now have a place to cater my rehearsaldinner!!! Read more
I placed an order for pickup. Young girl took order was very rude. No explanation what sides came with dinners, etc. Said order... ready in 15. Another party was picking up the 2 dinners. When he arrived he said they were very rude. He said Pick order forMike. Girl said Mike what very rudely again. He said Just Mike. Girl said $30.00. Mike said its already been paid for and a tipwas added. Girl very rudely says I don't see you paid. Mike said I will call him. Girl went and get food never an apology forher rudeness or sorry trying to double charge you. Never again would I go back. Under new management wanting people to use yourrestaurant but show people rudeness and nasty attitude. Lost my business and was a customer over 30 yrs. Need to teach yourstaff manners and appreciation for customers. Read more
Chicken was bland, fries soggy and the pizza was cold and tasteless with preformed "sausage" pellets. Way overpriced for this... garbage. I will stick with Ferraros Pizza that is always hot and fresh with the best chicken and pizza. Lesson learn and moneylost. Read more
