I ordered a pizza, and when I got home and opened the box it was all burned. It tasted like charcoal. I called, she said she... would show the manager my pics, no one ever called back. She did offer to make another pizza but I am miles away. They knewwhen they gave it to me it was badly burned. All they had to say was we need to redo. NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Ordered the pan pizza more than once. Perfect every time. The balance of sauce and cheese is just right. They understand that... there is more crust with a pan pizza, thus you need more sauce. ????Beautiful????I?ve also had the Italian beef, chili andcurds. It?s all good. Co-businesses Phoenix Chocolates shop and Derangos Italian restaurant. Stopped in today to purchase chocolates as gifts. Masks... required. We were greeted as we entered. Someone was ahead of us. We practiced social distancing and waited for our turn. Theywere busy with staff taking phone orders or customers picking up food from Derangos restaurant and handling chocolate orders.When it was our turn staff explained we could buy by box or bag and priced by the pound. I mixed my chocolate order 1/2 milk and1/2 dark chocolates. Order a small box fairy/angel food. Large box chocolates with nuts and a large box with creams. Filledboxes rather than ordering by the pound. Picked a couple individual pieces and of course a peppermint candy cane. It was awonderful experience. Please be patient if anyone is ordering or picking up ahead of of you. Will return again. Pleasant andfriendly staff. Read more

The first time we ordered here they forgot our bread. We let it slide because we really like their fish. Second time we ordered... they nailed it. Then we ordered party pizza for our foster sons b day party. Spent $$$ on that. We just ordered again today andhad to wait over 2 hours for delivery of our food. (called a couple times too with no apologies or??) Not only did it come COLDbut the fish sandwich was MISSING the top BUN. WHY??? When we called to tell them it was missing we were PUT ON HOLD & then toldthat if we wanted, they would bring us another sandwich BUT of course we'd have to wait and also give them BACK the sandwichthat was missing half a BUN. SERIOUSLY? No apologies, No is there anything we can do to rectify this bad experience, NONothing!!!! SERIOUSLY??? ???? Ummm your customer service just went out the window!!!! We have spent $150 at this place with 4orders total in the last five weeks. We like their fish but not that much. I guess we'll go back to our old Hangout. Sorry yourcustomer unconvinced you.
