Simply the best chicken egg rolls I've had anywhere. I could an entire meal of just the egg rolls. But then I'd miss out on all... the other delicious food they have. For years I went to a place in downtown that has since (sadly) closed. This is a worthysuccessor and my new go to place when I'm in Racine. A few quick things to be aware of for planning: It's take out or deliveryonly. Online ordering works well, and they give an option of quart or pint for almost all menu items. I love bourbon chicken so I decided to order some bourbon chicken from the china house on Durand ave in Racine wis. Well I'm... used to bourbon chick having large pieces of cut up chicken thighs. And kind of a sweet syrup flavor. But not at the chinahouse. Their meat was sooooo salty and tangy no taste of sweetness, and the meat was shredded up like canned chicken. I've atethere before but I've never had the bourbon chicken and I never will again..I called and spoke with the cashier and she said tobring it back for a refund.. so when I got there the owner was very loud with me, very rude to me and told me to never orderfrom him again. Food was good. Not able to sit down, take out only. I had the orange chicken which was really sweet and delicious. Prices were... on the higher side. I paid $16 for a large orange chicken with white rice. Prices were not visible on menu. Read more
