Stopped for the first time last weekend. They were a little short staffed but the waitress did a good job. We got the brisket... platter & sausage platter, mostly because we wanted to try the sides. The brisket was just ok, not much bark or smoky flavor. The sausage links were dry & over cooked (also small portions for both). The Mac & cheese was bland, the cornbread dry & bland. The duck fat fries were ok & the street corn salad was probably the best thing. When the bill came, they’d were up chargersfor all 4 sides, which was not clear on the menu. The patter comes with 2 sides that you apparently have to pay extra for. Notworth the $50+ we’re dropped. Doubt we will be back, disappointed Read more

First, posted hours are in correct. We were there during the 2 hours they say they are closed. They do smoke/cook onsite, was... sad to see more white smoke escaping from the chamber, then out of the stack.\n\nI ordered the combo plate with brisket, pulledpork (which was actually chunks), sausage. I had street corn, and duck fat fries(other reviewers said they were the bestever).\n\nI will preface this by saying, I have eaten BBQ from all over. The sausage was the best part of the meal. A littlesmoke heavy for some, tender. Not the juiciest, but good. Both the brisket and pork showed good signs of bark. No evidence of asmoke ring on the brisket. The pork should signs of not having long enough to render internal fats and connective tissues as didthe brisket. As far as flavor, I was sadly disappointed. While the bark looked good, I expected a slight saltiness. There wasnot,on both brisket and pork. The fries are nothing special, seasoned with salt and parmesan cheese. The street corn was ok aswell. They did bring us 4 bottles of sauces, 2 were marked and 2 were not. 1 may have even been ketchup, we are not sure, nordid we ask.\n\nUpside, this is on the second floor of an Indian Motorcycle dealership, so you can look at some nice bikes ifyour seated on the inside ring. Our server was pleasant and friendly. Read more
