It was 11:40pm on a Saturday night waited 5 minutes at drive through menu waiting to place an order. Went inside and was told... they was closed when the sign out front said it closed at 12am. This is not the first time I have had issues at this McDonald's.The night shift has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I used to manage Domino's and Pizza Hut. This needs to getfixed because they have been losing business and not able to keep customers when it it one of three fast food places in Quitmanand one of the only places that is open late. Read more
My wife and I went though drive thought, order 2 Big Mac meals, The food was pretty good the drink was good and was pretty... quick. There just not very friendly at all. Read more
I have been standing at the register now for 15 minutes and Noone has acknowledged I'm even alive. This is the worst McDonald's... I have ever been to. Unreal. Never again Read more
The one star is just for the the drinks that was the only thing that was good. As we pulled up there were 2 workers in front of... the door and one was popping bumps on the other one's face ???? pulled to the drive thru every time we said an order she wouldas is that it very rude though. Got a big Mac meal and a spicy McChicken with a small fry. Open bag down the road no small fryMcChicken was dry and burnt with 5lbs of mayo on it. Also, the large fry was burnt see pic. The managers Quintierra, Zakita, and Mr. John were absolutely phenomenal at this McDonald?s. The crew members(especially Jacara... and Karen) were incredibly sweet and truly went above and beyond for us, I?d leave all of them 5 stars. I put 3 because theowner is an absolute JERK, that doesn?t know how to talk to his employees and micromanaged the entire McDonald?s, I couldn?teven enjoy my food without him right behind me breathing down my throat. He?s arrogant and rude and my heart goes out to thosepoor employees at this McDonald?s. Keep up the good work guys, your hard work is showing even if your awful owner doesn?t seeit. I truly hope corporate does an investigation on this man and see he is NOT fit to manage and run a business. Read more
The staff preparing the food did not have on gloves. She was picking up eggs, meats, ,cheese, and biscuits with her bare hands.... As if this was not nasty enough she was wiping away sweat and NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. And the manager was standing right there..This is beyond nasty this is dangerous with Covid-19 and cross contamination. Customers health should be important and simplehealth regulations followed. The only thing worse than the ridiculous wait times are the employees attitudes. I was yelled at by 2 employees. One employee... actually stopped yelling at another customer to roll her eyes and yell at me. We waited 30 minutes for hashbrowns and all I wasasking was if I could just have the other food. No hashbrowns and no refund needed. This dump should be closed. Read more
