First able this location needs management attention! The establishment needs deep cleaning and flies are everywhere. Cleaning,... sanitizing, and disinfecting is incredibly important in the foodservice industry to prevent cross-contamination and the spreadof viruses. Flies are responsible for transmitting various diseases and are common pest that needs to be dealt with often. Fliesare capable of contaminating food through pathogens and they are especially dangerous to the restaurant business. The sodamachine, counters and floors needs some cleaning. The coffee was just water! There is a filthy portable fan on front of thecounter; maybe it is use to blow the flies. The floor from the counter to the bathroom was very slippery; the wrong kind ofchemicals could cause a buildup of slippery film. Management?.Having a clean front-of-house area is important because thecleanliness of your dining space affects how your guests perceive your business and whether they choose to become repeatcustomers.
