This trip we wasn't as satisfied. Our carhop was rude. We asked twice for ketchup and she just ignored us and went back in the... building. Will loose customers with employees with attitudes like that. Our visit 11/6/2022 was great service was good as wellas the food. Our carhop was very nice and friendly. I?ve had excellent experiences here, however tonight was not one of them. Food came out incorrectly, I felt like a bother when I... asked for the correct order, the drinks were medium after paid for a large, and the tater tots were inedible I actually gavethem back to the server to throw away for me, I didn?t even want a refund I just wanted to leave. Things seemed disheveled andnot like I?m used to when I come here. It was a one star experience, but I?m giving three based on previous experience. Butclearly there has been a change, either in leadership or staff, that has presented some challenges. I wish the best for thislocation because the past has been so significantly different and better. I thought I finally found my ?east Texas sonic? thatwould be good. I will come back, but probably not for a while. Our kids from our community work hard here and I hope we all continue to stop by and support these kids trying to raiae money... for their education and/or that first car but... I don't like browned, dry, tasteless eggs. Hard pass on the breakfast burrito.Normally they're ok?. Anyway thank you for encouraging me to just cook my own breakfast. And thank you for the refund. Yourpicante sauce packet is great, y'all should bottle and sell that! It went great with my homemade burrito. "Fast food not goodfood" is a beautiful saying but it should at least be food, try harder guys, i know you can make some really delicious things.Come to Quitman Sonic when Michael is on the clock. So I have a Sonic in Greenbrier and for some reason this place beats out all the other Sonics and here's why. I typically get... the same thing everytime I go which is the bacon cheeseburger toaster. I caution you for your own safety do not eat this burgerdriving down the road, it is hazardous to you and those driving around you! It's a mammoth burger. Two slices of Texas toastburger bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle, a gigantic onion ring and I add jalapenos. I also eliminate chopped onions cause onionsare gross but I love their onion rings.. I know...I'm a weirdo! I get a side of onion rings and a medium whatever to drink. Ican eat this meal for lunch and not eat dinner. I'm telling you it's a lot of food! The price is incredibly reasonable also. I took my wife and five year old and only paid $21 for everything we ordered. People are like "I don't care about Sonic, it's afranchise.". I get it, but sometimes its on the way to where you're going and it's worth the money, especially the one inGreenbrier. The staff is always friendly and I don't have to wonder if they get my order right. It's never been wrong! My iced coffee was supposed to have caramel in it and there was none at all. Will not get coffee from here again.
