Other than the waitress being very pleasant our experience was terrible. The wait time for food was way too long and the place... wasn't even busy. The nachos were 18 dollars for a plate of nacho chips with very little cheese and next to zero onions andjalapeños. I ordered wings and when they came they were boneless which I did not order but because they took so long to come Ididn't send them back. Waitress was great....food was horrible. Read more

Management should be embarrassed. The restaurant was dark and super sweaty (no a/c that we noticed and the waitresses were all... shiny faced and very tired/unhappy looking). I ordered the chicken burger but it got sent back because it didn't appear to befully cooked (even tried to see using my cellphone flashlight to see what was up). My husband ordered boneless wings but he saidthey were overcooked. My son ordered a strawberry lemonade but a different waitress ended up bringing a regular lemonade at theend of our meal. No top ups on water. I'm home on the couch still not feeling well because I think I ate undercooked chicken.Staff didn't seem to care just removed it from bill. i worked here for over a year? my intentions in writing this are to reach the manager and/or owner so this will be dealt with..... not to bash the restaurant to everyone and drive people away? my boyfriend and i ordered takeout tonight. we ordered a honeycajun chicken sandwich w/ a buffalo ranch wing poutine on the side and then a cheese quesadilla w/ a garlic parm wing poutine onthe side. when my boyfriend went in to get it he was told they had no gravy so we were just gonna be getting fries and one wingpoutine(the garlic parm one)with no gravy because they didn?t realize they had no gravy until after they had made it? okaythat?s fine no biggie. anyways we get home and he takes a bite of his burger and just tastes like straight charcoal? the bun wassoooo burnt i couldn?t believe anyone would let that go out!! and then i opened my quesadilla (which is supposed to have cheese,red onion and tomato on it) and it was just cheese with buffalo ranch in it?? that was supposed to go on the other poutine???like what? Great experience!! Stopped in for a cold beer and a bite to eat, I was promptly greeted by a young lady who clearly loves her... job (wish I could remember her name as she was awesome) the beer was nice and cold and the wings were the best I?ve ever had!!
