Actually horrible, every single McDonald's I've been too in the past few days was bad, but this one was the worst. Today, I went... and ordered two sausage and egg McMuffin's one of them was a combo, and a Oreo McFlurry. But when we were ordering they saidperusal, that the ice cream machine was broken, so since that happens to me the past few times, I was a bit upset. But I decidedto only only get the McMuffin's. We got our order, and I expected it to be messed up, like maybe they would forget our fries orsomething, but instead of sausage we got ham on our McMuffin's. I didn't even know that you could get ham at McDonald's. I'mvery upset. How do you get that so wrong? Read more
I feel like every time I go through the drive through, they mess at least one thing up. Now, it's not the fault of who oders the... food, we are clear and consice, yet they still confuse sausage for ham in our sausage and egg McMuffins. You ordered nuggetsauce? Ha, you get none! Your iced coffee? No sugar! Oh, you wanted a McFlurry? Absolutely not! Get your act together guys, it'snot that hard to give people what they ask for. Read more
Why I use this store so often is because it's right next to my gym, and it's an easy way to get some calories in. Would be all... well and good if the wait times wouldn?t be that long. I really don't understand how you can have 10 people standing in akitchen, but still need 5 minutes to give me a cheeseburger. For a fastfood restaurant that?s kinda sad. I really would like togive less stars, but I often meet an employee named John who is just so excellent and friendly that I don't want to give a toobad rating in general. Always very slow. Never have any ice cream. Frequent order errors. This seems to be a theme among the McD's in this region. Not... recommended. Read more
Took 3 tries to get my burger correct happened the ame way my last 3 visits ???? how hard is it to put a burger together just... the bun and the burger absolutely plain. Read more
I don?t normally review like this but by god, what an awesome experience. It took thirty minutes to get two hamburgers and a... small fry. I was told to go wait in the parking lot for my food, while everyone else in the drive-thru line got theirs. I guessthey forgot about me or something because when they came out with my food they forgot who I was. They were walking aroundaimlessly looking distresses until the manager came out and apologized for them. Apparently the worker was none other thanpresident joe Biden and he just got confused is all. This location needs a serious cleaning and refresh. The wallpaper is peeling, none of the tables were clean (with no option for... patrons to spray them down) and there was pop spilled over the floor near the drink fountain. Half of the orders were wrong,although the were corrected when notified. Staff were busy filling orders but perhaps you need more staff to assist withcleaning. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Read more
