Worst Italian food in New Kent. The first time I went here, I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce to go bc I am a vegetarian.... Got home & it had meat sauce. Decided to go with my daughter & fiancé last week & when we walked in all the tables were dirty.The eggplant parm was the worst I?ve ever had. ALL of food was not hot when it came out & the ranch dressing for my fiancé?ssalad wouldn?t even come out of the container it was so thick so he ate without the dressing. This place has by far the best calzones I've ever had in my life, and they're perfect every single time. Their pizza is very... good as well as are their pasta dishes. I hate leaving a negative review of a local business, but we?ve given Maria?s so many chances and every time we have major... issues. It?s nice that they offer delivery, but every time we?ve tried it takes well over an hour and the food comes cold. Orour ?ticket didn?t print? so the food isn?t ready when we get there. It didn?t bother me enough to stop ordering until tonightwhen I called to check on the food (after two hours of waiting) and got a rude attitude in response. We?ll be sticking with theother businesses in the area from now on, but I really hope Maria?s figures out the issues they have going on because I liketheir food when it hasn?t been sitting in someone?s car for two hours. ?? Stopped for a cheese pizza & garlic knots, 45 minutes later for the pizza,another 20 for the knots because the waitress forgot... the knots, she finally came back to see if we wanted plates well we kinda did,then looked at us stunned that we needed a box forthe food that we could barely eat due to the OVERWHELMING smell of sewer! Me and my son went there tonight and were treated poorly. There were only 3 people of color in the entire place and we were... asked to leave and told the place was closing. We talked in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes and noticed that we were theonly ones asked to leave. 30 minutes later there were 12 white people at the bar. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 1 Margherita pizza, with a large hot roast beef sub and an Italian sub. We arrived... and they had made a Margherita in a foam cup instead of the pizza and a cold roast beef sub with mayo on it. Both subs hadhardly any meat & cheese on them let alone anything else. They acted we were the problem for ordering 40 minute before theyclose. Completely ridiculous and we will no longer be customers of this establishment. Read more

Did not see a separate entry for the sports grill that is attached to them, but was disappointed in the portion size of the... Reuben.. for $9 I expected more and by God was probably worth about 5 or 6 . It was okay but I could have ate somewhere else andreceived better value. To be fair though I practically finished a bottle of ketchup with the meal so that probably was about adollar or so right there. Normal non-alcoholic drinks seem overpriced however which is why I ended up just getting water. Read more
