Stopped into this location after putting in an online order on my way to MD on Thanksgiving. There were at least 7 employees.... When I walked in my son and stood waiting for my name to be called. After a couple minutes he saw my name on the monitor and Inoticed it was under the "Ready" category. I looked at the receipts on the counter and found my name and only 2 drinks wereready so I took the drinks and sat down. It wasn't crazy busy (or I didn't think so I may be wrong because of the area and day)but I didn't mind waiting a couple minutes. I realized that the girl packing the donuts grab my order and started filling. Sheput a couple donuts in the box and then sat the box down without closing it and then walked away and started making a Box O'Joe??????????? I was a little confused so I walked up to the counter. Avery walked over to the group of people waiting (afterquickly taking orders and running the cash register) and started asking what everyone was waiting for. I told him what Iwitnessed and he immediately came up with a plan to help and get me on my way. Truthfully besides Avery, the girl at that drivethrough and one other person with her name on her hat (but couldn't really see it) everyone else looked as if they didn't wantto be there. I totally understand if they were put off by the fact that they had to work the holiday because I work in customerservice also and I hate being away from family on holidays but I see other reviews saying that they've experienced bad attitudesand felt unwelcomed so this isn't just today. Other than that the store was clean, drink were good, and the donuts that wereceived were decent for a quick breakfast. The establishment was clean and well organized, but the workers were a little standoffish when you try to engage them in... conversation. It was like you interrupted their time by going inside. The service was quick, but the quality of the food wasnot. The doughnut tasted different compared to other dunkin. Didn't taste right, like something wasn't done right in theprepping work for them. Got a breakfast sandwich and it was just slapped together, stale bread, and served cold. Cheese wasn'teven melted. It was still cold. The coffee was good and hot. We ended up throwing the food away. I frequently stop by this location on the way to the tidewater area. The line usually moves very quickly! I order the same thing... most of the time. The drink is made correctly here about 90% of the time. And when it isn?t they will correct it quickly. Theone thing that I would recommend is when someone earns a free drink they should not have to pay the extra for a nondairy milk.It?s counterproductive if you always order with a nondairy milk then have to pay for the milk when you have a free drink. I come here almost everyday after the gym and get a small iced coffee. This is by far the slowest drive-thru in the history of... drive-thrus ever. Not to get anyone in trouble but I did call corporate and being like "hey. I don't know if people need to gettrained or something". It is absolutely atrocious. The staff is super friendly and nice but, move at the speed of smell I canonly assume. Read more
Hard to understand how you can get a simple donut order wrong. Asked for a lemon, a jelly filled, a chocolate covered, and a... Bavarian. Even repeated said order at the window. Got wo work, only to find that order was wrong. No Bavarian crème donuts. just two lemon, jelly and a plain donut. Because the placed the frosted donut in the bag without wax paper to keep it fromsticking to the bag. Read more
Great service. Great food. The employees were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised... by how quickly we got our sandwiches because it was quite busy. Will definitely return the next time we are in the area. Read more
Had a quick pit stop for breakfast today . Nice location and very quick service ? coffee was good .. mango lemonade refresher... are my favorite.. love it . They also started pesto tomato sandwich and kids loved it ? avacado bread was ok . Hash browns werenot crispy . Was a little soggy.. . Drive through was there but we went in and got it . Parking outside is good . They haveclean restrooms too. Overall a good experience .. Read more
Taste of the food was good, but the hashbrowns were cold and half were missing. Waited for my food a good 3-4 minutes at the... window after being handed my drink. While waiting at the window, I watched a girl scratch under her nose with her nails, thenpick up a food bag and eat out of it. Not sure I'll be back to this location again. Read more
