We were out for a drive. Have wanted to try Bojangles for a while. Had an early lunch. Food was OK, the restaurant is not close... to our house. Don't think we need to stop again, other restaurants are along the way. Not bad, just not impressed. Read more
Food was great! They didn't want to drop anymore BoBerry biscuits though. They ran out and everyone in line behind me purchased... some including us. After receiving our food we were told that they didn't have anymore. A MUST do better guys! This is a numberone seller! Read more
This Bojangels gets some credit for being a relatively new building, very clean and very friendly. However, I waited 30 minutes... for my order. A chicken place didn't have any chicken ready?!?! When the Chicken was ready they had run out of biscuits. Warmbiscuits and just-fried chicken tasted great-another reason to give some credit. Unfortunately, if you order chicken tenders aswell, with sauce, they are cold - sitting in the warmer didn't keep them warm. Oh and ask them to check for the sauce becausethe sauce was not in the bag as promised. Major loss of points for service. Read more
Last taking the order was very nice and efficient, food was hot and fresh and delivered almost instantly. Chicken was excellent,... kids love the biscuits, man and cheese and mashed potatoes were hot and tasty. Sweet tea was sweet which I enjoyed. Great quickstop for lunch. Came from 40 minutes away. Still another half an hour before they closed. Completely dark. Everything else is closing too.... There's a waffle house across the street tho, so not a total let down. Read more
I would give this place a zero but this wouldn't let me. Had the most horrible customer service ever! All employees looked... miserable. The place was not very clean. They made us feel like we were bothering them when they took our order. The chicken wasnot hot and they got our drinks wrong. We truly regretted eating there. Felt like we threw our money away. The customer beforeus was upset and felt like we do. Never again. I Would not or will i ever recommend this place. Bojangles needs some seriouscustomer service training for their employees. Read more
Chicken pieces are pretty small. Tasted good but get more than you think you'll need to fill up. Not the friendliest staff.... They make you feel like you are bothering them. Dining room closes early so I had to go to drive through. Took them a while totake my order. I had to ask if anyone was there. They responded and had me wait a while then asked for my order. I walked in and one of the female workers from the back saw me standing at the counter and went back to her station. The male... working drive thru NEVER acknowledged me. Then, I guess, the manager came from the back, and came to the counter. I said:"finally someone acknowledge me." She didn't apogize or smile or NOTHING NICE. She just looked at me rudely and said........"howcan I help you?" I said, "never mind. Thank you kindly!" And I walked out. I'll never return to this Bojangles.
