Place clean, food good, help not the friendliest. Ate in. Up quick. Chicken fresh just out of fryer
Chicken was good, potatoes tasted weird..gravy 2. Biscuits were hard as a brick! Both times...I figured first time maybe they... were having a rough day but after tryn it out a 2nd time with same results..I see now that maybe theres carelessness inverifying freshness of food b4 served to customers..a management issue? I think so! Read more

7/1/22 my wife went thru the d/i and ordered a 12 piece family meal, spicy, which included a large red beans and rice and mashed... potatoes and white gravy, and six biscuits. Cost $35.71 with tax. Upon arriving home, we found 10 pieces of chicken, half spicyand half regular, but there was only one breast and one wing, the rest was 5 thighs and 3 legs. They provided two large red beanand rice containers, and four biscuits. I immediately called the facility and a lady answered the phone and advised the managerwould call back. On 7/2/22 I called the store again as I didn't hear from anyone, I did get voice mail and left a detailedmessage. Again I called 7/5/22 but the phone only rang and no one picked up. On 7/11/22 I called twice and the phone just rangeand rang, no one answered. So I went to the store and spoke with the manager John. I explained what had happened and advised himthat I would prefer to get either the money back or a gift certificate. He only offered to provide 1 large side, and six piecesof chicken. I again asked for a refund and he claimed that we should have just brought the chicken back for replacement. I toldhim I attempted contact with him the day of purchase but no one ever called back. It's a 15 minute drive to the store, and thatnight I opted to just get a pizza at Luigi's next door instead. I told John the Popeyes store manager that they had seen thelast of us and that he could read the entire sage on social media. My recommendation to others: find a different place to eat.The cleanliness of the store has always concerned me as it looks nasty. I've enjoyed Popeye's chicken for several decades, however my family and I will never go back to the store in Quinlan, Texas. I also noted on our receipt that John was the one whofilled the order. Good grief. Read more

This location is not open for indoor dining. You must order in the drive through. The drive through operator seemed confused and... I had to repeat my order several times. I only ordered one combo meal. After three attempts, she repeated my order back to mecorrectly. At the window, I paid for my order and was given my beverage. She asked me to pull forward because they were cookingmy food. After about five minutes, another person came outside to hand me the food. Upon inspecting my order, I realized that itwasn't what I ordered. I pulled back around to the window. A third person appeared and I explained that my order was incorrect. She immediately got an attitude and told me that's exactly what I ordered. My receipt and the menu reflected differently as Icalmly explained to her. She returned to the window with the correct food after about two minutes and handed it to me with noapology. I was never rude, loud, or disrespectful to anyone at any time. Read more
Popeyes has always been a favorite of my family yet we don?t have one in our area. We drove an hour to get there . Paid 47.59... for 12 tenders two sides and four biscuits. And two mild strips. With NO dipping sauce!!!! All them tenders and all the moneyyet No dipping sauce. Not worth the drive or the money. I recommend checking your food before you leave the drive thru window. This one is my mistake. Read more
