I sat in the drive thru waiting for them to open at 6am until about 6:15 when I realized it was dark inside still. So I drove... around and saw the employees just sitting in there truck!!!!! Drive thru order taken quickly. But long wait for food. Went in door to ask what was taking so long, found out lobby not open.... Help kinda rude about telling me that it was closed to the inside. Don't understand why not open on inside, no longer able touse covid as excuse. Read more
I visited not long ago, and saw just a little bit of that delay at the drive thru window, but it wasn't anything that had me... thinking of visiting somewhere else in town. With that said, my lunch was as I ordered it and handed to me within an acceptableamount of time. The ladies working the drive thru were very nice, very personable, and I gave them a hand in learning how toring up an order with one of those Happy gift cards that you can use in a variety of places, including Burger King. You caneither scream your head off or give someone a hand if they're willing to take it, and I chose the latter. Read more
My son and I went in together and they were dead. Only two kids belonging to an employee. Despite this, the drink bar was... flooded in soda and just about every table was filthy. It took time to get our food as the clerk went outside for whateverreason. Our burgers were stone cold and the fries were not only cold, but seemed so undercooked before they were left out to getcold and icky. Not one employee seemed to care about the state of the dining area even though the place was empty and no carswere frequenting the drive thru. Read more
I've always loved Burger King, but the Quinlan location can be a hit or miss. There's never enough staff on duty, placing an... order is usually easy, but you almost have to wait forever before your order is ready. The food is always done right, it's justthe waiting that gets to you. They need some life so to speak in the restaurant. ???? Read more
This is the worst BK I have ever been to. If you want hot food don't go here the car in front of me paid for his order and ended... up driving off without his order after waiting 10 minutes. I know this because they tried to give me his order. Read more
