After almost half an hour waiting , my name was on the ready list . I went to the desk and ask if my order was ready . She said... :? don?t rush me .? I said: ? I wasn?t try to rush you , but the screen said my order is ready. ? She said : ? I don?t care ,you got to wait if you can?t wait just leave .? And so I asked her to give me the refund . She said :? I am not going to giveyou the Fuxxing refund, it is your problem if you can?t wait . ? And guess what , they couldn?t find my order. If I didn?t ask, I would never have my order. The worse experience ever in a fast food. I see here a lot of negative reviews and no changes in that place. 65 minutes for 3... burgers. The results: No the right order. The cost of my order was more than the order that they did. There was a long lineinside the store and drive through too, but everyone was playing slow motion there. One of the worst fast food experiences I?ve ever had. I don?t really expect much from a Wendy?s. Nevermind the long wait time, I... get it, staffing issues on a Friday evening. I usually prefer to go inside the store to order. Tonight though it seemed thatthe staff on hand deliberately locked the outside doors so nobody would be able to come in. Several times throughout my longwait in the drive-thru I saw employees attempt to enter through both of the exterior doors and be shocked to find themlocked. After this entertainment and finally placing my order, I had to ask the woman to return my debit card twice afterpaying. She was a great actor, very confused as to what I was talking about as the debit card sat right in front of her. Once Irecovered the card and drove off, not only was there no ketchup in the bag, there were no straws for the drinks, and in fact theburgers weren?t even the ones we ordered. Like I said I?m not too picky when it comes to fast food, but I think my low standardof getting the order correct and not actively trying to steal my debit card really isn?t that much to ask. Save yourself the disappointment of horrible service and cold food. You'll also not have to deal with the very rude lady that... works the drive thru at night. This location has the longest line with the slowest drive thru for the coldest food. Go toPopeyes next door. Read more
