This is the best panera i have ever been. My salad is as per my order, extra tomatoes extra olives, bowl of soup is real bowl... size, and the people are nice. Thank you. Read more

I don?t know if the people working in the kitchen are just not paying attention to what the customers actually put an order for... but this is the 4th time in which Ive gotten a chicken chipotle sandwich without cheese not red peppers and they put exactlywhat I don?t want on my sandwich . I literally am lactose I tolerant and CANT by any means eat cheese and I?m allergic topeppers. I honestly would?ve just kept it moving but this is the 4th time something like this happens. $17 dollars just beingthrown away because I can?t eat it at all. Not to talk about that being the only thing in my stomach so some days I just have towait until I get home late at night to eat something because they decided to just not pay attention. Read more

The power was out on November 30th 2022. I went in to get some food because I couldn't cook in my place and I ordered the half... and half meal. I ordered half a grilled cheese sandwich and half broccoli and cheddar soup. I didn't get what I wanted when Iordered. I received a half sandwich that wasn't grilled cheese it was two pieces of bread with pasta inside. Secondly I orderedsoup they gave me a very small bowl of soup usually it's filled. I put over $16 for it not worth it. I feel like I was scammed. Read more

Sometimes gets too busy, but that's because the food is good, and most people want custom items, which takes time.

Soggy, cold, ?grilled cheese? sandwiches. Leftover, COLD, watery soup. Purchased bakery items MISSING from bag (this was a RPU... aka Rapid Pick Up order, that was on the shelf??ready? for pick up). The only decent items were the bags of potato chips? Forapprox. $46 worth of food, that I had to pick up and get stuck in traffic for on my way home from work was just a saddisappointment. I guess this makes yet another eatery that I must cross of my list; as a result of this final visit (and a fewothers). I called this Panera to inform the associate of the missing bakery items and they asked it I wanted to drive back topick them up!?! Ahh, no thanks, just a refund at this point?I mean come on?with the traffic alone, the whole point of FAST foodis for conveniences sake! I would not recommend this Panera and don?t intend to return again. My only reason for giving twostars would be for the packaging?whoever packed the food should consider a professional gift-wrapping job?also, the bags ofchips were as to be expected? Too bad, so sad, should?ve listened to Dad?(don?t go there)! Read more
