I've ordered from Napoli several times, typically opting for a Magherita pizza with additional toppings. If you add additional... toppings to a "specialty pizza" you will be charged for a "specialty pizza + cost of toppings" but will just get a regularcheese pizza with those toppings. A $4 upcharge for a disappointment is pretty lame, especially given that ordering onlineshould make one's order clear. I should note, the base pizza and toppings were all selected through available options on theinterface; there were no special comments, notes, or exceptions requested and yet, not the pizza I ordered and paid for. I'vehad this happen every time I've ordered from them. Ignoring the issues with my order specifically, the pizza itself is ok.Feels like more of a New York style pizza, which can be a nice change from the endless supply of South Shore bar pizzas in thearea. If you want something straight off the menu then this place is probably fine, but if you're trying to satisfy a craving,be prepared to get bummed out. Read more
Well if times are so hard that you cut back on ingredients so much one has to wonder where’s the pizza apart from a crust then... you’re no longer a valid pizza joint. Basil leaves alone do not maketh a margherita pizza. Where is the sauce where is thefresh mozzarella? Where is the flavor? I seriously had to revisit past reviews. I was in the area and visited for the first time today and was very pleased with my order. The cheese pizza smelled and tasted... so wonderful. The dough/crust was soft and chewy but crisp. Just perfect. Read more

Very good food, sizeable portions, quick delivery! I'll admit, during Covid-19, I've been trying a lot more delivery. I've been... disappointed many times. That was not the case with the Quincy Napoli Pizzeria. I ordered a thin crust, well-done cheese pizza,an order of cheese ravioli with marinara and a tossed salad. The food came within 40 minutes, and I was able to order online,through their own website. The pizza was perfect and quite tasty! Good cheese mix and the sauce was very good, not too sweet.Nicely well-done without being burned. The order of ravioli is very large. It comes with garlic bread that they absolutelycooked or finished in the pizza oven. The marinara sauce is light and delicious. The salad looks good, but after trying theother two items, I was too full to find out! I will say, it's interesting; the salad comes with a slice of plain baked pizzadough. Napoli’s food is very good - pizza is traditionally what you would see in a sub/pizza shop. But as a warning - you are better... served picking up. There is a delivery person that will often push you to pay him more for a tip. He pushed my 12 year old sonto give him more money when he answered the door one day. What pushed us over the edge was when my 10 year old daughter answeredthe door - he asked her in an awkward way if her mother was was home and where she was …. Totally creepy and we decided thatwas the last time. In an age where really bad things can happen to kids - this is a situation to avoid. Read more
