I will start off by saying that I have eaten here before and it was always good. This time I ordered delivery, big mistake. I... ordered a cheeseburger, small fries and two milk shakes. Total cost $40 plus I added a $6 tip for the driver. When the foodarrived, the burger was cold as well as the fries. I only live about 5 minutes from them so I'm not sure why everything wasstone cold. Bottom line $46 for something that I couldn't eat. I gave two stars because the milk shakes were good. Do yourselvesa favor and never order delivery. This experience turned me off from ever supporting five guys again. It's far too pricey forbasically fast food anyway. Read more
Ordered for delivery and my burger was made wrong. Not sure how you mess up BBQ and HOT SAUCE.
Honestly, the worst five guys I've ever been to. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way (minus ketchup, mayo, mustard) and they... instead gave be a regular burger. That one was partially on me as I didn't double check the order as I usually expect them to beable to hear the order and I was tired. The worse part was that the burger itself only had lettuce, patties, and pickles. Iunderstand they were out of tomatoes and they told me so but that doesn't excuse the rest of the ingredients missing.
