The attitude that I received from the staff is out of this world. Shorter older woman with darkish red/hair with heavy eye... makeup was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Rolled her eyes at me before taking my order which she didn?t know a singlething on the menu. Swearing audibly so I can hear it, making the whole situation just not pleasant in the slightest. I wouldavoid this location at all costs cause it seems that they have no clue what?s going on in their own store. When you actually getthe food/drinks it?s actually pretty good. Changing my review. The coffee guy who works most mornings doesnt care to male coffees correct. Either go to another dunkins or... chexk your drink BEFORE you leave to make sure its right. Read more
I ordered a drink through the dunkin app and while I was waiting for it I saw all employees with masks below their chins, not... acknowledging anyone in the line that had formed behind the register, yelling at one another, and to customers who were waitingto pick up drinks. After about 5 minutes some people from the register line started just leaving because they had been standingthere being ignored for so long. The drink was good and made correctly but I wish they had been wearing masks and had been a bitmore polite to each other and the customers. Read more

Fantastic service -- clean and friendly location. Destiny told me she was new -- but you would never know it because she was... already knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. She said she makes her own recipes out of the different summer drinks theyoffer-- so I'll have to come back to try her secret concoctions. I see her moving up the ranks here quickly. We go here regularly because, out of the 3 Dunkin' in the area, it's the one with the largest parking lot and typically the... fastest service. The downside of this fast service is that they seem to cut a lot of corners (not talking about the minor ones)which often results in your drink having to be made again after you point it out. You have a better chance of getting your orderdone correctly if you go into the store and place it there, instead of through the mobile app. And don't bother with curbsidepickup, while they have a spot you'll find yourself waiting outside for 10 minutes until you decide to walk inside and pick itup at the mobile pick up stand. But hey, when they get the order right it's just like any other Dunkin' around. Read more
Savage. I've never found Dunkin staff to be polite or friendly, but this store is the worst one I've been to. In an exchange... that amounts to a box of pre-packaged munchkins for a little girl and a phone scan you wouldn't think a fight would bepossible...and yet it was. Read more
