Spent $5 on a sandwich and they can't give out more than one napkin! Even after I asked. Whose managing this place??
Pulled up at 6:38 on a Saturday and sat by the drive through buzzer for about 5 minutes.. we pulled up to the window because... there was no response and we see an employee with pink hair lock up and walk out.. it?s now 6:45. Went to order a cup of frozen matcha latte. I walked in with no other customer inside and waited 2-3 minutes until a lady came.... AND the first thing she said is "If you don't have a car, don't even bother to order anything", before I even spoke. Well thisDunkin's is only around a ten minute walk from my place and I don't feel the need to drive. I walked right out of this place. Inconclusion, bad customer service and avoid this place if you can. This is my first time writing a bad review, I would give zerostars if I can. Go to other places. Read more
