If I could I would give them zero Stars. Me and my family get there thinking they have the all you could eat boneless chicken... and I was told by the waitress that they don't..... That was the first disappointment.. I ordered the fish and chip and thefries were hard like nails..... The fish was overcooked and taste spoiled.. the Cheeto boneless wings look nothing like thepicture didn't taste anything like Cheetos.... The spinach artichoke dip taste like watery cheese there was no seasoning notaste just watery. I tried to add salt and water came out of the salt shaker at this point I didn't even want it no more theytry to replace it but it was still bland. They messed up on my patron Margarita and gave me some strawberry margarita.. themargarita taste like some type of cleaning liquid. Overall horrible experience if I can get all my money back for ordering foodthat we didn't even eat I would.. I asked where we here on time for the half appetizers I was told yes I was charged fullprice... on top of that the waitress tried to keep my change assuming I was tipping her... . She tried to play it off by holdingour receipts we sat there and waited for her to come back with the receipt and change. My kids started feeling sick immediatelyafter trying to eat that disgusting food so we left right after waiting for a waitress to come back with my receipt and change.Never again will I waste my money at this establishment or bring my friends nor family nor recommend this spot. I went to the Quincy MA location and stood at the front with my little brother for about 10 minutes. I was in direct view of the... bar and multiple tenders and servers stared at me. Nothing was said. Not a we?ll be right with you. I waited 10 minutes before ileft. I?m not sure why we were disregarded. I?m assuming it?s because I look young and they assumed we wouldn?t tip? All i knowis they wee very well aware I was there, it wasn?t busy, and we were ignored. I had to ask a server on her way in to her shiftif I was supposed to seat myself, and told her what happened. Went at lunch time to pick up a mobile order. I was early and hung out near the bar while I waited. It was fairly slow. The... staff were great. Each employee that saw me standing at the end of the bar checked with me to see if I needed help, so they'reclearly very attentive to their customers, and we're all very friendly. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is the portion size. I gotthe smaller chicken tender meal. 6 chicken tenders and some fries isn't too bad for $12, but each of the tenders was only alittle bigger than a chicken nugget. (See photo. I am writing as I feel obligated to after my experience at the Hancock street Applebee's in Quincy MA. I have been a great fan... of Applebee's until this experience. We placed our pick up order online and we were given a pick up time of 5:50 pm. When Iarrived I was informed that they had not started the order (my wings were frozen) and were just being dropped in the fryer. Iwas asked to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I said okay. I checked on my order in 15 minutes and the poor hostess went back tocheck and it was still not done. 15 minutes later (30 minutes) after the promised time I got the order. The hostess gave a briefapology but that was it. We took our order back to our hotel to eat and what a disaster. My wife's riblets platter wasuneatable. Hard and tough might just as well have been overcooked with bones. French fries were so soggy they were wet. Hersalad was a few prices of mixed lettuce and a few very soggy croutons. On the positive side my double crispy wings wereexcellent although the extra hot buffalo sauce was their wing sauce with some cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. My Caesar saladwas identical to my wife's except for the container of dressing again nothing. I must add that our hotel was a 3 minute drivefrom the restaurant. I would love to hear from Applebee's about this situation as I have always been a big fan and now am notsure if I can go back or recommend them. Read more
-1 star, second time coming over and last time! The worst Applebee?s I have ever been to! Even my 8 years old niece told me?this... restaurant is bad aunt, I don?t want to come over anymore( we go out once a month)? first time it was with my son the serviceswas so bad as well we did wait a long time to be served, after we got a free dessert lol?today we waited 17minutes for someoneto come over to the table, to make it better I order Bourbon steak got a Ribeye? order original buffalo got barbecuechicken?hamburger without onion got it with onion?dessert to go they warmed it up?Had to pay $85 for the lowest services ever atleast the first time they kind of show they were not happy and gave me a free dessert but this time ooohhh boy, even the hostesswas rude! Very very bad service! I kind of felt sorry for the waitress even know at the end I see she was trying so hard but shehad so many tables that it was so sad to see how overwhelming she was! They are having a frozen drink special. Very sweet. To sweet for my taste. The service was 5 star. Our server was amazing. If... you are coming for fancy plating this isn't the place for you. Each table has a touch screen that has games and puzzles foradults and kids. Read more
My adult niece and I visited on a Saturday, mid afternoon, for a late lunch. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food... was and the reasonable prices. Our Waitress was excellent. Highly recommend the North Quincy site. Read more
