I had DoorDashed a meal from them. I got the buffalo boneless wing/loaded tots combo, along with the chocolate drizzled dough... bits. Let me say, I am upset at how bad this meal was. The loaded tots, tasted rancid, almost as if the sauce they put on it hadgone bad. I also only received 7 tots in my entire order. 7! Not very loaded if I do say so myself. The boneless wings, wereokay but not the best. The worst of the worst came from the dough bites. Let me say, 99, you have managed to make somethingmoist, but dry as the desert at the same time. Congratulations! I put the dough bite into my mouth and couldn?t even swallow it.The dough it self had no flavor, was EXTREMELY chewy, dry, and just was not it. We had a lovely evening meal on our last day of our fabulous 3 and half week trip around USA by AMTRAK. The food was excellent... and so was the beer (brewed specifically for 99 Restaurants) . The service was really good. It was right next door to our hotel(Holiday Inn Express). I will look out for these restaurants in future. Read more

If you want quality comfort food and a drink. Come here I have come to this place several times, normally after a serious... workout. It is a simple bar/restaurant where I can get some good grub and a beer after a long day. I always sit at the bar andthe bar tenders are friendly without being overbearing. I can highly recommend the chicken pot pie, it is a large portion andvery very good. The best I've had outside of my family's home cooking. Convenient location directly behind our hotel. I ordered a southwest bowl. It was good. Had everything in it you would think... would be there. Husband ordered BBQ wings and received Buffalo instead. Server was attentive for the most part. Menu has a lotof choices. Most would be able to find something they would enjoy. Would probably return. Read more
Great place to go if your on a diet! Brought my uncle to 99 I ordered the baked haddockThe side order of fries. I was shocked to... see how small the piece of haddock was and even more shocked to see the half dozen fries on my plate. Told the waiter and hebrought more fries. So I went with my family to the 99 restaurant for my niece?s 11th birthday. So they never brought 3 people?s soup, both my... sister?s and niece?s meal. Had to repeatedly ask for our orders because they kept bringing out the wrong meals 3-5 times. Alsoneglected to wrap up our food when asking them to do so. They also charged us for items such as the petite treats as part oftheir combo meals as well as actual entrees. This whole fiasco took 2-2.5 hrs. They did compensate us for the meal by taking offitems and giving us 2 $50 gift cards. Then they Recompensed us again since they charged us for food we never received. Howeverthis is the WORST dining experience I have ever had. No offense to the waitress too she was sweet and was way understaffed.However my niece never got her diner in those 2.5 hrs my brother had to stay later just to pick it up.
