I previously reviewed this restaurant one of the must places to go in Quincy. Unfortunately my friends and I walked out of the... restaurant after 30 minutes of waiting. It was a day where a group of friends was excited to try out 16C visiting fromConnecticut as well. Kinda embarrassing to even recommend this restaurant in the first place. Anyway long story short theservice was horrendous. We had one blonde waitress who had the audacity to stared at us when we were waiting to be served. Wehad a brunette waitress next to the table we were sitting talking to another customer for 30 minutes without even acknowledgingto take our order. My friends and I eventually settled for Tavern in Quincy, which is a shame for 16C because earlier this yearI gave it a high rating praising the quality of their food and solid service. The food at 16C is definitely one of the mustplaces to go for American food, but unfortunately I will give them a 1 out of 5 rating on this second outing.
