Turned us down in the drive through because we didn?t have an online order. What?s the point of a drive through pick up only?... Want our business or not? Completely senseless. If this is how all McAllisters are I won?t be going back to any of theirlocations. Read more
Lovely lunch. Interestingly, the nice lady that took our order seemed to need to lean on the counter while taking orders. Also,... leaning when she stepped to the left to get our beverages. We assumed that she thought the counter might get stolen! Read more
Sadly, this place has recently made my ?do not call? list. They used to be good - and McAlisters has a great menu & concept -... but things have deteriorated to the point where salads here have rotting veggies and are missing ingredients. Soups andsandwiches show the quality decline as well. Surely the kitchen staff knows when ingredients are rotten as they plate them. Theyshould never make it to the customers tables. Read more
Really good. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was really good and nicely presented on the plate. A lot of options... to choose from and the sweet tea was good, not to sweet but a perfect balance in my opinion. The music they played overhead wasnice and relaxing. The potato was HUGE!! The line to order was quite slow but after getting our order in, it was relatively fast to actually get... the food. We did notice that like our own daughter, a lot of Mac and cheese went uneaten. The potatoes were good and the storewas clean although they were way behind on bussing the tables and they had no silverware. The sweet tea was comparable to truckstop tea. The men's bathroom is a one person bathroom that had a dirty toilet seat. The toilet paper was difficult to unroll aswas the paper towels since the dispenser apparently didn't work. I might return at some point but it's not high up on my list ofeat at again places. Read more
Very slow for this type of food. Overall, good though. Good food.
