Been to this place twice once for cookie dough ice cream and didn't have any said there very limited what they have available... and then I did a door dash order and the door dash order had 4 items and the guy at counter couldn't fill any of the orders saidnone of that stuff was available at there store ???????? worst place to get ice cream the previous Baskin Robbins had all kindsof ice cream all the time this one sure went down hill better off going to dairy queen Read more
Great bunch of girls that work here. Very nice to us as we hadn't been to a Baskin before.
They only 6 or 7 flavors of ice cream, and about the same on don't selection.
This is by far the most poorly run Baskin Robbins I have ever been to!!!! When it first opened it was ok for the first few... months then went downhill quickly. Literally every time go there they are out of basic flavors of ice cream ( do you not knowhow to restock?) out of toppings, fudge is cold ( why would it not be heated if you are open for business?), the syrup (which iscoffee) for Cappuccino Blasts is frozen? (again, why if you are open for business). These issues are not Covid related, theyhave been there since a few months after opening the place and they might as well just shut their doors or just be a DD becauseif you can't stock ice cream and the few items that go with it then what's the point is trying to sell it? It is a constantdissapointment trying to go to here with poor service, no product and their hours are even worse.....most people want ice creamfor dessert and every time we have gone by in the last year they have been closed and light off by 5pm, don't be fooled by thehours because they don't keep them. My sons birthday cake was ordered early last week, for today June 15th?they just called yesterday evening to let us know that... they are out of ice cream and can?t make the cake. Poor service the employees are typically socializing with their friends when they come at the drive thru and donuts are stale.... Ice cream is mediocre. 50% of the time my husband and I come here they are out of many ingredients. Don?t try to get ice cream after 5pm on a Sunday -... they are cleaning the case and have NOTHING available. (Are you kidding? Don?t you only have donuts and ice cream on your menu?)Service is extremely poor. No one ever seems to be in charge - are there managers? God forbid one of the employees? friendscomes through the drive thru in front of you. They will chat with the person like it?s their break time - no regard for othercustomers. This store always seems to have issues between using the wrong ice cream flavor on pre ordered ice cream cakes and now on... DoorDash they let me place an order and then told the driver when he went to pick it up they it had to be ordered days inadvance. Why is it on their doordash if it can?t be ordered? When he asked if they had literally ANYTHING to substitute it withthey shrugged it off and told him to try ordering online. Absolutely worthless. Read more
