Usually have a good experience here, I am writing a review for my friend who didn?t want to do it. Today was ridiculous to say... the least, the ONE woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my friends and I, first I told her to keep my receipt and shesnatched it away in a rude manor, next my friend ordered pretzel bites that weren?t ready yet so she told her it would be 5minutes, 15 MINUTES LATER, she is just putting them in to be cooked. In the meantime we watched her make and serve about 3 otherpeople. My friend went up to the counter a couple of times asking when they would be ready and she was ignored. FINALLY theywere ready, and they forgot her cheese. Pretzels ok. 4 or 5 ppl on staff but tables not clean. Hmmm. Management could tighten up for better sales.
Older lady there very rude to the customers and employees! Horrible experience will not be coming back
