On 10/28/22 I ordered through the drive-thru the person who took the order was nasty and short. Her attitude was horrible like... I’ve done something to her. Terrible service while ordering drive through. There are better ways of explaining to customers on the availability of an item.... The lady that spoke to me had bad attitude, did not give me a chance to express my order or concerns and just kept going on howthey only have sweet tea bottled water and etc. I didn’t catch her name but she sounded very rude and I will not be coming tothis location again. It seemed like she hated her job here and was trying to show her frustrations to the customers while takingtheir order- terrible she should get fired right away. Horrible service. Young girl serving gave me burnt onion rings and the double cheese burger wasn't even done. I will never go to... that place again. They too busy socialize with each other instead making sure the customer gets fresh food that's done notburnt. Read more

White Caste dining room is finally back open. For the last two years customers had to order through the window for cars, and... that was not good. An old fashioned delight the sliders are still good. I got a number 1 which included 4 cheeseburgers, smallfries and a small drink for $7.79 plus tax. I tried their impossible sliders are they are simply delicious. Taste like aburger, but no meat. Just be aware that they cost double the price of a traditional slider. Not to bad if you are craving aburger. Read more
I came to order the mix and match for the sliders. I’m at the drive thru trying to place the order the worker had a hard time... hearing so she started yelling I can’t hear you what do you want me to do?! Saying ‘oh my god!’ All I said was I’mtrying to order the mix and match . I said it clearly and I don’t have an accent .
