The food was good, although didn't eat much. However, what I had was excellent; careful those scotch bonnet wings are exactly... that. I would've probably given five stars had I had more things off the menu. The drinks are strong but I'd could change onething, beer needs to be cold and they need to stock bar better. The service was amazing!!! The food and drinks were phenomenal. First time visiting and I highly recommend. It has a great vibe... and the portion sizes are a beast!! We showed up at 11:30pm on a Tuesday and knew we?d be cutting it close for dinner and drinks, but we had a layover at JFK and... figured we?d find a spot to grab food. AMAZING. The food service was done for the night but our waitress (didn?t get her name)was excellent?friendly, sharp, adorable. She even found us a take-out order that was never picked up and allowed us to get it.The shrimp tacos were to die for. All in all, we?ll be stopping here every time we fly into JFK. Read more

Good spot to come too for a late night drink and some good food. The bartender with the short hair is really nice. Their... asparagus and fish tacos are so good. The kitchen closes pretty late during the week which is a plus. Read more
Deserves ZERO stars but Google requires a rating to post. Heard rave reviews. Decided to try West Bar. No parking. Greeted by... SECURITY????!!!! Stood idly/ignored in the spacious dimly-lit atrium unsure if we should seat ourselves until a female appearedand seated us. Couldn?t catch her name since music volume was SO LOUD. Before we could sit down and look at the menu she askedwhat we were drinking?wtf????!!! We need a minute ???? thank you When she returned, we ordered everything at once to makethings easy? Beverages, appetizers and entrees. No straws or napkins with the water. She returned with the rum wings, 2 platesno napkins. No finger wipes. The "don?t worry be happy" drink had me worried (no alcohol) not happy with that. 30 secondslater the entrees were served. ??????????? Not sure if they sold dessert, but I feel that had we ordered dessert with the order she would brought it out with the other items ordered. Pineapple Rice. Pretty presentation was way better than thetaste. Spicy pasta dish was decent.. or so I was told. We asked another server for a water refill which she obliged (Don?tknow where our server was). But we finally got our server?s attention for the bill which came quick and even quicker toprocess the payment. I wanted to love this place, make it my new spot in the neighborhood, but service was nonexistent and thefood was not that great. This is a cute spot. I was having a day and felt like having a drink. I went here for drinks and appetizers. I got the rum punch... and it was so good. It was very tasty and strong. My date doesn't drink alcohol so he had a fruit punch. I definitely recommendthis place and will definitely return. The music was good and it was a really chill vibe. They have a full dinner menu.
