Out of the 20 or so Pizzarias in the Sunnyside, LIC, Woodside area, Uncle Jimmy's stands out. The dough, sauce and toppings are... much better than your average Pizzaria. My personal favorite is the Grandma's pizza, it's taken me a week to eat one of those. I'm very impressed by the freshness of the higher end ingredients that he uses as well as the speed of the delivery. They'vebeen business a good ten years now, it's easy to see why. Pizza is polarizing as we know. I’m saying this because as a local I can say I know a few close friends who staunchly believe... this is the best pizza in the region. So, now that I finally tried it I’ll weigh in. I had a home with a small group on NewYear’s Day being safe at home. We needed somewhere to make everyone happy.
