Tropix Bar and Lounge on Queens Blvd is a great spot located conveniently accross tons of shopping centers. The food is great,... the drinks are even better, the staff is friendly and there is happy hour going on everyday!!! Decent drinks. However I did not like the food. On the particular Tuesday I went there were no tacos; so I ordered empanadas... instead. I ordered a mix of cheese, chicken and Cuban. Unfortunately the food was bland. No flavor at all. Even the dippingsauces were mediocre. The red sauce was more like marinara and the avocado sauce was so faint. I would not come here again. We had a great night. The only thing was they did not have hookah but overall Dj is on point especially when you request a song.... Best of all they had karaoke which we enjoyed doing since it was our first time there and first time doing karaoke. The drinkswere good too. Love the vibe!!! Read more

Been going here since the college days. The wings never disappoints. The newest shocker is the every day happy hour menu. 6 or 7... different items for $6.99 only from 4-7pm every day. I had a 24oz guinness and it was just 6.99! Why didn't I give 5 stars? Cosother than the wings sampler, everything was a bit overpriced.
