When I seen halal guys from distance my mouth was watering. I was expecting nothing but top notch quality food. Unfortunately I... was served the complete opposite. The food was extremely cold and by the looks of it, OLD. It tasted like Clorox mixed with meatno cap. The lamb was hard like candy from a dollar store and the chicken was dry like my dms. Absolutely disgusting and sad. Sonot halal mode Frl ong. Read more

The food was was small, you could get better and more food in the carts outside the mall or even in the surrounding areas. It... fits just in my hand, are you serious? The prices are higher than the same ones in the city and is not worth it. You wantchicken and rice? Just go to even chik fil a Edit: look at all these generic responses and still nothing is being done aboutit. Don't spend your money here and tell others to do the same Read more

Let me start off by saying I'm a huge fan of the original halal Guys. This location was in the process of being opened for a few... years now. They Finally have and was excited to go with some coworkers. The food isn't the same quality, cooked or cut the same.It was bland and super disappointing. The price is another factor, is they are trying to charge 14 dollars for a basic meat overrice without much sauce. If you ask for more they want to charge extra. Not worth it. There are food carts nearby that offerbetter for about half the cost. Read more

Such a rip off terrible prices and portions are not worth it at all, I?m a grown man and all other locations provide more food... at a cheaper rate, these guys are thieves. Do better I will not eat here ever again unless the public reports positive changesas same issues are still on going. A gyro should not be done in 5 bites, I?m 5?10 183 pounds for $9.79 do better, shame on you Read more

$14 for chicken over rice?! This is insane! The most anyone would ever pay is $10! I tried it during the grand opening when the... prices weren?t up and they told me the price I couldn?t believe it and then when you see the plate it barely has chicken. Riceover rice with a side of baby chicken. Insane for $14! On top of that they want to charge you extra for sauce packets? my platehad barely any sauce but I said it?s fine because I?ll just use the packets until I saw they tried to charge me! Then I asked toput the white and hot sauce and to do it correctly then if you?re trying to charge me and they wouldn?t because they alreadypacked it in the bag. I mean 0/5 stars if I could. This location will go out of business very soon. There?s a lot of otheroptions in the mall, highly recommend to avoid this halal guys in QCM. Read more

Very small portion and higher priced compared to their other location in Manhattan. It was not enough for an adult unlike the... Manhattan location, you would definitely feel full after and have some left over. The guy preparing the food literally pulledout a few pieces of lamb from my platter it was so funny I wanted to walk away but kids were hungry so I just got three largeorders for the three of us and we ended up getting some Popeyes to take home after. (Just get some Chinese for $8 instead ofpaying $12.99 plus tax for a 3/4 full food from them OR get about two small tray per person or three large for two adults) Read more

Went to grand opening, they sometimes scoop out some of the rice from your container and it?s crazy that someone already said... it, but you can see the silver on the bottom of the tray ! They will look at it and if it seems much, they will dip out food.Never add more ! Also, being that I go to Hempstead location or the 53rd street location, I know you have to pay taxes here, that?s not the problem BUT for $3 more, at least give enough food! Also, the sauces are priced way more than the city. If you?rein the city, just grab some from there and keep in fridge ! Aside from that, the food tastes delicious. Just have to pickupabout 3 of the large for two adults because when you open it, it?s not enough being that you don?t take salad Read more
