I appreciate this location because they treated me really well when I walked in pretty late. I had been traveling for two days... straight and I was exhausted--I was out of the country for a while so Taco Bell was a beacon of light when I saw it by thesubway station. Thanks again!!! Read more

This place is great. Food is great. But you have to be real specific when ordering. I don?t know if the employees are a bit slow... or what, just a heads up to those ordering delivery. BE REALLY SPECIFIC. Read more
Very poor customer service, that's when you can find a cashier to help. The kiosks failed. Cashier did not know how to change... paper receipt roll. No wipes for touch screen. Ordered a beef taco instead got bean. Not going back here again. Waste of time. Read more
Great service. They always accommodate me with help when I ask. Restaurant could have a different layout because it gets... confusing which side is pickup and which is order. Otherwise, the food is great and the order is always accurate. The workersare honestly some of the nicest people I?ve ever met, they don?t hesitate to help clear any confusion or change your order ifyou?re dissatisfied. Read more
When I tell you this place was clean I mean it. I even told the server. Lol I was very impressed with the layout. Need clean... look and not overly done. Spacious and layout is perfect for the area. You have the choice to order directly at the register orthrough the kiosk. I must admit I don?t like the whole kiosk thing I feel like it takes jobs and isn?t really personable. Iplaced my order and was in and out quickly. My only hope is that they don?t allow the locals to sit and linger for hours on endlike most of the other restaurants in the area. It?s a hit or miss depending on the day or who is there. I normally go during the weekends and I normally have no problems, the... place is relatively clean and I?m in and out. During the week however, it is a nightmare especially on a Monday evening. Theplace is nasty, smells like ????and it?s super slow. Imagine ordering your order 10-15mins before arriving to still have to wait10-20mins for the same order. Shameful. Read more
