Worst subway in NYC. Ordered take-out from Uber Eats Pickup at 8:10pm, arrived the restaurant at 8:25 and owner said we close at... 9pm, I already cleaned everything and won't make the order. I'm more than disappointed that I had to drive there and getrejected even though there's 35 minutes until they actually close. Will be reporting to corporate as well. Read more
Interesting how I ordered a spicy Italian and received more vegetables than meats.
The food just tasted old,the chicken had a funny taste and the vegetables looked like they were going bad. The Cooke?s were... stale. Read more

When I ordered a soda, I was asked if I wanted ice. Was it a special service? Was it an added charge? I said no. I filled my cup... with soda which turned out to be warm. All of them were warm and the ice machine wasn't functional. I went back to the counterand asked for ice. The owner dropped one large chunk into my warm-as-saliva soda. It was awful. Read more
The person who made my sandwich was very sweet and very polite, he even offered me a cup for ice for my drink. The place was... clean and had a very calm atmosphere, would recommend and come again ???? Might I add, the sandwich was delicious ^-^ made toperfection! ? Read more
Went there for lunch there was one lady making sandwiches and she's touching everyone food with the same gloves. What if someone... was allergic to something. She's touching the oven with the same gloves she's grabbing food and using the meat cutter. I knowthat can't be sanitary. Whoever she was working with he was too busy on the phone& there was no covers on any of the food andnats were everywhere. I know you don't care about other people food but that's just disgusting. Good Italian footlong but way too expensive for a sandwich and they charged me 1.50 for extra cheese mind u is 2 slices !
