I placed two orders through the subway app (buy one get one free sub). I went to the store and the guy said he doesn?t... participate in this, so he cancelled my order. I asked him why the app allowed me to place the order in the first place, and hesaid he didn?t set it up in the app. If a branch doesn?t participate in such offers, they should have something set up withinthe app to prevent the order from going through. If not, that?s bad customer service and laziness on your end not to set it upthen turn a customer away. Definitely don?t recommend them! Read more
Before I start, I want to state that I love subway sandwiches and I've visited many other branches so far. I had THE worst... experience I have ever been to Subway. When I came in to pick a bread, this old man was sitting behind the counter and stared atme for like 30 seconds before he moved while I was saying several times of "Italian herbs and cheese footlong". Next thing hedecided to do was to find where the bread was, which took like a minute or so. Then he asked me what kind of meat I want. So Iasked him do you have meatball right now? He would not answer to me. He was still staring at me with that half glancing eyes asif he doesn't give a S. So I asked him again since he seemed like he did not hear it. I had to ask him 5 times before he told meno meatballs. And after that, it was an ordinary subway worker only if he wasn't so SLOW. Those all took me like more than 10minutes. I never hoped the Sloth from Zootopia to be alive and make my sandwiches, but here we are, making my sandwiches and me,watching him dumb, working. On August 7th at approximately 6:25pm, I happened to witness the worst customer service I've ever scene while walking in to buy... a scratch ticket. A guy walked in to order an Italian sandwich only to be blatantly ignored. The older employee made eye contactthen just walked away. Confused, the customer asked what was wrong. This place is horrible, they claim to open at 9 am but you go there at 12 pm and the bread isn?t even done. I went there 2 weeks... ago and this was exactly the problem. They tell you 5 mins for the bread, end up being like 30 mins and they don?t update thecustomers. Customers are standing around looking stupid and they don?t take any responsibility. The guy who makes the sandwichesis very slow and incompetent. Overall a terrible experience and will not be going there after this. I am so so upset and will not return. I use to go alot, The Young lady had good customer service. The person serving today 1.... Did NOT wear a mask and was literally chomping over the food. He took his time, and waa not in view, I had to shout out, isanyone here befire he came out. 1 positive wore new gloves. He charged $1.50 for extra chicken, which I did not ask for,overall bad experience, O cannot go back. Never given a review before, but I had to. It shares a space with a convenience store. So it seemed a little sketchy. But my salad was so fresh. And the price was good.
