Before placing an order I SPECIFICALLY asked if my choice of sandwich was included in the coupon. The same thing i had been... ordering weekly for past 3 or 4 years. Didnt hear an asnswer but the nice gentleman started making it. After 15 min of waitingand making my choices the lady decided that she will not accept the coupon. I simply turned around and left. Her behaviortoward the other employee was rude. He was in process of making my order and she simply run up on him took the measuring scoopfrom his hands and continued making sandwiches for somebody else. He waited for her to finish so he could continue with whateverhe was doing. This behavior would not be acceptable in any other work environment. Great location. Seemed nice & clean.The Ice machine was totally out of ice. So I waited for 5+ minutes. The employees seemed to... not careless. So I stood there feeling awkward. I asked an employee if I could just trade my (already paid for) fountain drinkwith no ice for a small bottle of lemonade. The employee pointed out there was a difference in price, then walked away. I liked it alot. The ladies in front have a great personality and are great for the job. Quick thinkers and make you feel... welcomed. That's important to me. I had a foot long chicken teriyaki sandwich, my friend got the same but different toppings.Plenty of seating too. The Chicken Bacon Cali Fresh is worth a try. Read more
I order here often and drive out of my way to get food from here. Just ordered food today and the bread was stale. I been going... to Subway for years and I know how it is suppose to taste. The bread was stale. Also I always get a veggie patty. Don't knowwhat Subway did, but they definitely changed their veggie patty ingredients and/or the store ordered the wrong one. I feel bad because the staff is very nice. But they just work slow and inefficiently. I sometimes want to go behind the counter... and make it myself. It takes so long just for a basic ham and Swiss sandwich. Read more
This Subway restaurant is good. They accept mobile orders through the Subway app. They also are very clean. It is a nice... sandwich shop in the middle of the Atlas Park mall which also has national brand restaurants in the mall competing against thembut this Subway restaurant is doing an excellent job.
