Great customer service and freshness of food.
Made a mobile order and the option for curbside delivery was available. Picked curbside delivery due to being in a rush. Got to... the store and parked right outside and told them I am here through the app. Waited 30 minutes and Noone brought my food out ortried to contact me. Went inside and asked about my order and my order has been sitting on the counter. Horrible service. Ifthey weren't able to bring it out to me then at least have the courtesy to contact me and let me know so I can come get it. Read more
Worst costumer service the indian guy that works at the afternoon shift is very disrespectful and very nasty, never going back... again if he's there'cause he doesn't know how to do his job. Read more
I should?ve given 5starz but one time they went too far when I order a promotion of buy 2 and get one free, and they just throw... meat w a lot of onions and nothing else! I know it was free but come on don?t advertise what you are not willing to give !!!! Read more
The guy didnt want to attend me. He was busy on his phone and plus it says it closes at 10, mind you I ate their yesterday and... the girl attended me with no problem. Horrible service by the indian guy. You shouldn't work their if you don't want to work!! Read more
The worst Subway's I get there at 8:55 the employee just finished making someone a sandwich because I see them leave the store... I knock on the door let him know he still has 5 minutes left he tells me they're closed and then I said but you're close at 9o'clock he then shows me the sign that says all the hours for 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. mon - sat And I said well there's 5 minutes leftyou told me 9 o'clock but yet you show me all the hours going from 9am to 10 p.m. So all this time he's show me a posted sign ofhours that should not be hanging in front of the business making people think these are the actual hours something they shouldhave changed over 5 months ago that's still hanging on the front door window he's wasting time showing me something that's falseadvertising by the time I look it's 9 o'clock now gee thank you Subway for nothing and your employees are idiots and the manageror owner or both has his head so far up his ass he doesn't know where it begins or ends to have a sign with false hours stillhanging in front of a store that's been over for a few years now. Reliable and easy lunch if you're hanging out in the park or visiting the Museum of Science. It's clean, the sandwich artists... are attentive, and there are 6 tables in a small space. The ham looked slightly suspect and there are no public restrooms, butwe're pleased with our lunch during our visit. Read more
