The tall older African American wearing sunglasses is the slowest employee i ever witnessed. And its around making sandwiches.... He did not seem to have any mental problems to at warrant. But he is always abnormally slow. Management needs to seriously lookinto this employee. If he is for some reason the owner he is not following subway guidelines and protocol around makingsandwiches. The sandwich layout station is created in a specific way to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. While this dudetook 20 minutes to make my sandwich today. Management needs to replace him i can only assume he is working like that on purpose.Waste. Read more

Simple request to toast the bacon extra outside of the sandwich, and then toast the sandwich a little was a problem for the... manager and the worker like it was leaps and bounds to understand what to do. Manager said out loud ?make him go to one of theother subways,? he was a big African American guy, genuinely the worst manager I?ve ever encountered anywhere. They then went onto put so little vegetables on the sandwich it was almost meaningless going there.
