I came at 640 pm to this location to get a couple of drinks and I also needed to use the bathroom, i knew closing time was at 7... pm, but i still had 20mins window, the barista claimed the bathroom was as closed because they had just put clorox everywhereeven on the floors so it was closed for the night. I kindly asked if she could check with the manager since i only had to peelike i wouldnt even touch the toilet seat, but she claimed the manager already said its not possible. Honestly felt like thiswas unprofessional, how are you closing off the bathroom 20 mins before closing time. Jeff is a horrible manager ! I asked for some Caramel please keep in mind that I order from this Starbucks all the time and I?ve... asked for a small cup of Caramel before and NOBODY has ever gave me an issue everyone in there is so nice. He told me I had topay for it so I said okay paid the .80 cents but since I?m rushing I asked him can you put the caramel in the cup so I can gobecause it?s not a drink or sandwich. He?s telling me relax and wait so I ask someone else who isn?t busy he interjects andtells me to wait and stop rushing him . What gives you the right as manager to talk to a paying customer like this JEFF ! Notokay so I asked for a refund he again interjects being sarcastic saying take your money back and here is your caramel. Honestlyhe had so much sweat dripping in the cups i didn?t want it . This location is roomy and cute. Plenty of space to work or meet up with a friend. There are no large work tables but plenty of... outlets. This location is clean and has lively decor. It is one of the only Starbucks in the area and it was a good choice rightoff the 7. The huge windows give gorgeous natural light amd views of either buildings or sky depending on what side you choose.Prices are normal for starbucks. Food and drinks are the same. Staff seems busy and friendly. 10/10 Read more
Ordered a crème drink, ticket on cup said crème. When I picked it up it was a regular coffee drink. Got back in the line,... waited, told cashier. Cashier verified that I didn?t want espresso in the drink 3, not one but 3, times before asking barista toremake it! If I wanted coffee in my drink i wouldn?t have ordered a crème drink! Barista then 1. Used the same cup. 2. Had anattitude about fixing their mistake. 3. Didn?t make drink correctly again. 4. Was rude when handing me new drink, in same oldcup. I don?t go into Starbucks expecting much from the staff, but a little decency goes a long way. Not that they care but Iwill not be back.
