I ordered my coffee on the app and it was instantly ready and delicious. I even asked to speak to the Manager to compliment the... phenomenal job she is doing with the little staff that she had. She was super friendly, I think her name was Bekka or something.Highly recommend this location and will be definitely coming here whenever I travel. Beyond terrible! Ordered with 7 people ahead and took 30 min. The manager said not to wait for my drink and to wait away from... the counter. I did and they never called my name. Must have forgotten about me but i couldnt wait because i had to catch aflight. Absolutely disgusting place with all the people touching the drinks to see if its there's and none of the workers sayanything about it. People are taking there drinks drinking them and then coming back for the workers to make a change. Totallydisgusting and sad. Read more

Terrible service. Got charged for extra things I didn't order. Which was understandable since they were busy and she probably... misheard me or something but when I asked for the Veteran's discount she said no and that I needed to show her a card? I don'tunderstand what card I'm supposed to have lol I've never heard that one before. I showed her my USAA card that I used to paywith and she still didn't care. I served 7 years active duty in the Army. I will never get coffee from them again and will telleveryone I know that travels not to buy coffee there smh. I know this review won't change anything since they clearly don't careabout their customers or veterans at all but atleast I can put it out there, vent and let people know about their terriblecustomer service. This Starbucks sucks. Employees all have awful attitudes. I was yelled at by an employee for ?touching the cups? in the mobile... order area to find my mobile order. Apparently, I?m not allowed to touch the cup of the drink that I paid for without me tellingthem my name and them subsequently handing me my drink? When attempting to apologize for my innocuous attempt to grab my $7drink that I paid for, I was greeted with even more backlash and obnoxiousness, as was the person next to me. Terrible Read more

The place is badly managed. The line is always long and they always have people moving around but not working. They never... announce what they don?t have in stock so you wait 20minutes only to walk away with nothing. Worst Starbucks JFK I've ever been in my life. Worse never visited. Many times, when it travels, the queue reaches its... zenith, two people behind the cash registers working very slowly, discussing among themselves, laughing and clumsy, and yet theyare at work where we all wait for delicious coffee.
