Every time I order my coffee they don?t read the instructions 1 time 2 time that?s ok but all the time come on .
The establishment closes there bathroom at 8pm even for paying customers, even though they don't close till 9:30pm which makes... absolutely no sense. I paid for my order and they wouldn't open the bathroom. Horrible experience!!! Very disappointed. Read more
Wait times are a little long due to prime location but the employee here always so nice and kind!
First, I love the ?been there mug? series. I was a fan of Starbucks. That's why I got many gift cards for my cherished teachers.... I paid the total amount. But some teachers said to me that ?Thank you for the gift card, but there was no balance.? I felt soembarrassed. I told customer service, but they would not accept a refund unless I provided the gift cards. It?s impossible tocollect no-balance gift cards. I was so disappointed with this event. Read more
Hygiene problems at this store. Ordered matcha latte today at this Starbucks and found there?s a fruit fly in my drink. I also... bought a bag of madeleines there days ago. The package was broken and food went bad. Read more
Very friendly staff and they move pretty quickly! Wish the bathroom was cleaner but otherwise, it?s a great convenient location... right next to the subway and Rego Park Shopping center. Read more

I was there today to get a hot machiato. First the drink was like I am drinking milk. It's that liquidy. Second the person who... was making the drink was talking to someone constantly. She took forever to make the drink since she is talking to a personseems like they know each other. I know customer service is necessary for her but not making another customer upset.
