Slowest starbucks. There is always a long line and always so many people waiting for their drinks. I've never seen more than one... person taking orders and one or two people making drinks. Very bad service today, I ordered a venti vanilla oat milk ice shaken expresso, and I was the only one there, waited 20 mins... after people came after me left with drink, the guy works there told me someone took my drink, but I was there the only one tookmy drink is the one he handed out. Then he told me it?s not his fault that someone took my drink and refused my drink . Very badserve, this place doesn?t deserve one star. And with all the bad reviews, They should shut down this place or retrain theiremployees. Read more

I have Hot Chocoloate from Starbucks from my University outlet at Texas State. Unfortunately, this one tasted different and I... didn't enjoy it. Felt like a waste of money! The staff is nice and swift in making their orders. It's located in a beautifulplace inside SkyView Mall. I would not recommend. Read more
i ordered my drink on the starbucks app at 9:30am. The mall unfortunately opens at 10am. But I have to get to work so I couldn't... wait that long. I called store and told the girl about situation I asked if she can kindly bring it to the door because its onlyone escalator up and there is a security guard at the door. She refuses and said there is nothing she can do, not even refund.The alternative is that she told me to head to another starbucks store and have them make my drink. I told her to put the amounton a starbucks giftcard and I will pick it up when I come back from work. Not very helpful!!! Read more
