Very Regular, Nothing to write home to Mama about place. The service isn't Great, but it isn't bad either. You can tell they are... just there to work. Great experience last week. I was given the wrong shake, which isn?t fun, but Maria fixed it right away. She was also doing a... wonderful job greeting customers and keeping the store clean from a water spill. I was very impressed with her care and concernfor the customers- making sure they wouldn?t trip while dining and ordering their food. It?s very obvious that she cares aboutwhat she does and strives for perfection. Also the staff works very well together from what I could see. Read more

Order the avocado bacon cheese burger. Got a burger with no bacon and avocado and not even hot. Personally this is the second... time this has happened in this location personally don?t recommend this particular shake shack. Also the wait time is at least30 minutes if I asked them to correct the issue i don?t have the time to wait probably another 30 minutes for another burger?. Read more
Not a good place to stop try the food court. There was no one at the register for more than like four minutes have to give a... tip on the kiosk why if we?re doing all the work. you already pay for the food what more do we have to pay for. When you orderto go you give them cheese on the side because you don?t know how far they are going. And all They were doing was joking talkingand on their phone not paying attention to customers I don?t know how your stars aren?t lower. They took forever doing themobile orders. This place is busy and wait time is long to pick up your order. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm very happy they are... taking strict covid protocol, check ID to match vaccination card. The waiting area is very cramped with limited space Read more

I ordered two vegetarian mushroom burgers those burgers are the best, my favorite burger to be honest. Also, I ordered the hot... one cheese fries and one Christmas cookie shake, they were great. However, I would say that the restrooms were unattended andvery smelly so, I hope next time they are in better conditions. Beside that the food is great and be patient because sometimesit could get busy and the waiting time can be long. Read more
